I pre-ordered from Amazon UK and recieved mine this past Saturday. And with the currency exchange it only came to $22 with shipping.
I pre-ordered mine from Amazon USA and they said it was no longer availavle. I went to World Records and got it in a matter of very few days. They have my future business.
